Check-out is by 10:30 AM.
Access is keyless, via a digital keypad. The code will be sent after payment and on the day of check-in. It will last for the duration of your stay, after which it will expire at check-out.

Payment must be made in advance before check-in, via bank transfer or credit card (a link will be sent to the Stripe platform) to receive the access code to the premises.
The tourist tax (€1 per person per day for up to seven consecutive days) is included in the rate.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. The property is equipped with smoke detectors.
Maximum stay: 29 consecutive days.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For reservations made by email, a 15% deposit is required by bank transfer or credit card following a link sent to you. This deposit must be paid within three days of receiving confirmation of room availability, otherwise the reservation will not be considered confirmed.
Cancellations will only be considered valid if made via email to the property. As required by Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, the deposit already paid will be refunded under the following conditions: up to 8 days before check-in in high and mid-season, and up to 3 days before check-in in low season. After this period, the deposit will be retained, but I will be happy to consider it valid for a new booking within the following 12 months.
If guests cancel their stay, they are required to pay the full amount of the booked stay.
In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be retained.
If a deposit has been paid, the balance of the reservation must be paid before check-in.
Force Majeure cause.
“Virasol in Città” declines all responsibility for service disruptions due to missing supplies, accidental equipment failures, or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, illness, or theft.
